Article 2 (Terms of Use)

The Company and the copyright holder of this software shall not be liable for any damages caused to the customer in connection with the use of this software.
Article 4 (Prohibition of modification, etc.)
The customer may not modify all or part of this software or combine it with other programs.
Article 5 (Transfer of rights)
The customer shall not transfer, license, or otherwise allow a third party to use this software, whether for a fee or free of charge.
Article 6 (Export Control)
If the customer directly or indirectly handles all or part of this software, alone or in combination with other products, or as part of other products, under any of the following items, the customer shall check the regulations of the "Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act" and the export-related laws and regulations of foreign countries, such as the U.S.

Article 10 (agreed jurisdiction)
All disputes regarding this agreement based on these Terms of Use shall be handled only by the Tokyo District Court.
